Booking

Prepayment is required for all spa appointments.

To change or cancel an appointment, contact the spa directly at 360-289-6003. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a detailed message so we can return your call. Cancellation notice of 48 or 72 hours is required, depending on the type of appointment.

Reservations

Quinault Spa welcomes both hotel guests and the public. Advance reservations are highly recommended and require prepayment by debit or credit card to secure your appointment. Due to high demand and limited availability, last-minute and walk-in appointments cannot be guaranteed.

Spa services are not available to anyone under the age of 19.

For your comfort and convenience, robes and sandals are provided for use during your spa visit. You may bring your own attire if you prefer. Hotel guests may wear the complimentary robe to and from their spa service. Our spa is a multi-gender facility, and swimwear is required when using the steam room or dry sauna.

Check-In Information

Please arrive 15–30 minutes before your appointment to allow adequate time to change into spa attire and complete the required paperwork. If you plan to use the steam room or dry sauna before your service, please arrive at least 30 minutes early.

Gratuities

Our team consists of licensed massage therapists committed to providing excellent service. Gratuities are not included in spa service prices. A gratuity of 15%–20% of the service price is customary. Gratuities may be charged to your room or debit or credit card. Envelopes are also available at the spa reception desk.

48-/72-Hour Cancellation or Service Change Policy

We reserve appointment times especially for you and may turn away other clients to accommodate your booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a refund of your prepaid service is not authorized. For appointments booked over multiple days, at least 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellation.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Because other clients may be scheduled after you, we cannot extend your service to accommodate a late arrival. Partial or full refunds are not authorized for late arrivals.

Alcohol and Drugs

Alcoholic beverages and drugs are not permitted in the spa. Spa services may be denied if you have consumed alcohol or drugs within four hours of your scheduled appointment. Services may also be denied if you appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Refunds are not authorized when services are denied for these reasons.

Spa Groups, Packages, and Multiple-Day Bookings

Due to current health concerns, we no longer offer group spa bookings or spa packages. Spa services are limited to one 55-minute session per person per day. A group is defined as three or more people. At this time, you may book services for yourself and one other person only.

Multiple-day appointments are permitted but require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellation.

Personal Possessions

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Lockers are available when possible. We recommend leaving jewelry and other valuables at home, as you may be asked to remove them before your service.

Cell Phones, Children, and Tours

Our spa environment is designed for tranquility and relaxation. Please turn off electronic devices and cell phones during your visit. Guests under the age of 19 should not accompany you during your spa visit. To respect our guests’ privacy, spa tours are not offered.

Guest Satisfaction

To help ensure your satisfaction, please communicate your concerns and desired outcomes to your assigned licensed massage therapist. If you have a concern about your service, please raise it during the appointment with your massage therapist and the on-duty spa coordinator so they can address it directly.

Refunds are not issued for concerns reported to management only after the client has left the spa premises. You may end your session immediately if you are dissatisfied. Refund requests may be authorized only by the contracted massage therapist. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
