RV Policies

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

• All vehicles must be factory-built recreational vehicles, including RVs and travel trailers.
• All RVs and travel trailers must have factory-installed blackwater and graywater holding tanks. Portable toilets are not permitted.
• One camping space is permitted per registration.
• All RVs and travel trailers must remain within the designated site boundaries, including slide-outs.
• Guests must register at the Front Desk within one hour of arrival.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Generator use is prohibited during quiet hours.
• Ground fires are prohibited. All fires must be contained in a factory-built fire pit.
• Pets must be leashed at all times. Dog waste bags are available near the lot gate. Please clean up after your pets.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND ITEMS

• Illegal drug use and marijuana use.
• Fireworks and firecrackers.
• Weapons of any kind, as further described in the Weapons Policy below.
• Ground fires. All fires must be contained in a factory-built fire pit.
• Tents, passenger vehicles, and other non-recreational vehicles used for camping.
• Driving or parking in the dunes.
• Vehicle maintenance on Resort property, including maintenance of RVs, motorcycles, and other vehicles. This includes washing, oil changes, and lubrication.
• Defacing or damaging Resort property. Violators will be responsible for damages incurred.
• Poles, stakes, or other objects inserted into the ground, or items tied to trees.

FLAGS, BANNERS, AND SIGNS POLICY

Quinault Beach Resort and Casino (QBRC) is committed to providing a welcoming and safe environment for its guests, associates, and owners.

The QBRC RV Resort prohibits all flags, banners, and signs except for the following: the standard American flag and military-related flags representing the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, POW/MIA, and veterans. All other flags, banners, and signs are prohibited, including variations of approved flags that contain political messages, sponsorship messages, or additional wording.

Guests found in violation of this policy will be required to immediately remove the prohibited flags, banners, or signs. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the remainder of the reservation without a refund and may require the guest to vacate the property.

Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the RV Resort Manager. Management reserves all rights.

CHILDREN

• Due to its proximity to Quinault Beach Resort and Casino, the QBRC RV Resort is intended primarily for adult recreation and entertainment. Although families are welcome, some activities may not be suitable for children. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children and must supervise them at all times.

PETS

• A maximum of three pets is allowed per site, with a combined weight limit of 150 pounds.
• Guests are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of their pets.
• Pets must be leashed and attended by their owners at all times.
• Pets are restricted to the streets, the guest's RV site, and Ocean Shores Dog Park. Dogs must be kept off grassy areas except within the designated area of the guest's RV site.
• Aggressive or persistently barking dogs will not be permitted to remain at the Resort.
• Pets must not be left unattended. Wildlife is present in the dunes and beach areas.
• Owners must clean up after their pets. Dog waste bags are available near the lot gate.

WEAPONS

• Weapons of any kind, whether legal or illegal, are prohibited. This includes fireworks, firecrackers, slingshots, bows and arrows, pellet guns, toy guns, and any object that could reasonably be mistaken for a weapon.

Violations of these rules and regulations, damage to or destruction of Quinault Beach Resort and Casino property, or conduct that threatens the safety of Resort guests may result in termination of the guest's stay. Management and QBRC Safety Officers (Rangers/Public Safety) reserve the right to terminate a guest's stay in accordance with Resort policies.
